Barramundi fillet with crispy skin
- Two fresh barramundi fillets with skin on
- Olive oil
- Sea salt flakes
- Wedge of lemon for garnish
Sprinkle salt onto the skin of the fish. Heat up fry pan to hot add olive oil and then place fish skin down in the pan. Leave for 2 minutes then reduce heat to low and cook fish through for approximately 8 minutes.
Plate fish and garnish with lemon wedge.
