BBQ beef fillet with Dijon mustard
- Serves 4
- 800 gram quality beef fillet
- Olive oil
- Sea salt
- Dijon mustard
Rest meat out of the fridge for approximately one hour. Rub meat with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
Have BBQ grill heated to high. Sear the meat on all sides and then turn the heat to low and cook to your liking. We cooked ours to medium rare and it to approximately 20 minutes.
Rest meat for approximately 5 minutes and then season again with sea salt. Add Dijon mustard to side of plate.
