Rosemary Roast Chicken

Rosemary Roast Chicken Ingredients
- 1 Free range whole chicken
- 5 sprigs of rosemary
- 2 lemons
- Sea Salt
- Olive oil
Pat dry chicken and add the lemons that have been cut in half into the cavity. Pour olive oil to cover the chicken and then rub in the chopped rosemary. Sprinkle with generous amount of sea salt.
Preheat oven to 180 degree Celsius and place chicken into oven. Cook for approximately 50 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
Rest the chicken for approximately 10 minutes then carve as desired.
