Thin crust salami pizza, Roma style

- Pizza base – you can make them yourselves however we use the Lebanese flat bread
- 100 grams Salami – you can decide the heat you want
- Crushed tomatoes
- Fresh tomatoes
- Shredded Cheese
Spoon the crushed tomatoes over the flat bread making sure it is even and then place on the salami. Sprinkle the cheese to your liking.
We used a pizza oven however you can use a pizza stone on the BBQ or the oven. Cook pizza for approximately 5 minutes.
Once the cheese has melted and the base is crispy then finely slices the fresh tomato and place over the cheese.
