Thin crust salami pizza, Roma style

Ingredients

  • Pizza base – you can make them yourselves however we use the Lebanese flat bread
  • 100 grams Salami – you can decide the heat you want
  • Crushed tomatoes
  • Fresh tomatoes
  • Shredded Cheese

Method

Step 1

Spoon the crushed tomatoes over the flat bread making sure it is even and then place on the salami. Sprinkle the cheese to your liking.

Step 2

We used a pizza oven however you can use a pizza stone on the BBQ or the oven. Cook pizza for approximately 5 minutes.

Step 3

Once the cheese has melted and the base is crispy then finely slices the fresh tomato and place over the cheese.
