Ingredients
- 600 grams of fresh calamari
- Olive oil
- The juice of 3 lemons
- Salt and pepper
Method
Step one
Place calamari in a bowl then add the lemon juice salt and pepper and then add good lug of olive oil to coat. Let this marinate in the fridge for about an hour.
Step two
Heat up the BBQ on high heat. You can use the grill or hot plate. With tongs place calamari onto BBQ and toss around cooking for about 4 minutes in total.
Step three
Place cooked calamari into a serving bowl. Squeeze half a lemon and add salt and pepper to taste.
