Char grilled octopus
- 500 grams of Fresh octopus tentacles from for your local fish monger – if not look at local supermarket for vac packed octopus.
- 4 lemons
- Good Lug of olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic
Marinate octopus with olive oil, Thyme and garlic and lemon juice. Let sit for about 20 minutes
Heat up BBQ on high heat. Throw on Octopus and toss constantly for about 5 minutes.
Serve on plate and garnish with lemon wedges
