- Olive oil
Rub olive oil into the crackling of the pork belly. Add a generous amount of salt to the crackling. In a preheated oven at 220 degrees Celsius place the pork into the top shelf for maximum heat. Cook for 15 minutes on this temperature then turn the heat down to 150 and cook for another 20 minutes.
Rest pork for 10 minutes the slice to serve.
